Jeremy R. Carroll - Counselor at Law
Jeremy has called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home for nearly his entire life. His father, a CPA, worked for T. Boone Pickens and moved the family from West Texas to the DFW metroplex when Jeremy was three years old. While West Texas remains home to his extended family, DFW has always been where Jeremy feels most at home.
He attended Dallas Baptist University, where he studied business and made lifelong friends who would later stand beside him at his wedding. Jeremy went on to earn his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.
Jeremy maintains offices in both Fort Worth and Dallas, serving clients across North Texas. His practice focuses on estate planning and probate, with a mission to help families plan wisely for the future and navigate the legal process with compassion and clarity.
In his personal life, Jeremy and his wife, Sarah, have two young children. Their son, Eli, is full of energy and loves building with Magnatiles and riding his bike around the neighborhood—without training wheels, of course. Their daughter, Becca Ann, is a spirited, funny, and sweet little girl who keeps everyone smiling. After several years in Kessler Park, Jeremy and Sarah moved back to Fort Worth and now live near TCU.
For Jeremy, estate planning is about more than documents—it’s about people. He takes pride in helping clients develop straightforward, effective plans for protecting their families and assets. In probate matters, he considers it a distinct privilege to walk alongside families during some of life’s most difficult seasons, serving as a kind yet strong advocate every step of the way.
